This offseason has invented new ways to deliver roster turnover and uncertainty.
In a surprising twist, Auburn guard Mantas Rubstavicius is withdrawing his lawsuit against the NCAA and returning to Europe to play professionally.

The decision comes after new information surfaced about Rubstavicius taking university courses while in Europe. Because of newly implemented rules and regulations regarding international eligibility, that new detail severely damages Rubstavicius' case against the NCAA. He argued that he entered his NIL agreement with the school before the NCAA passed new international-eligibility guidance.
The university also fired General Manager Brian Kloman because he knew about Rubstavicius' college coursework but did not disclose it to Auburn officials. Kloman was hired in March after a stint at Louisville and was Rubstavicius' lead recruiter.
In other eligibility news, Memphis announced that forward Nemanja Popovic must sit out the first six games of the season because of previous participation in international competition.
