Tell us if you've heard this one before - John Calipari has landed another high school recruit.

2027 big man Caleb Ourigou committed to Arkansas on Tuesday. The 6'10" Overtime Elite product picked the Razorbacks over BYU, Kentucky, and UConn.

Ourigou is the No. 55 overall prospect according to 247Sports. He is considering reclassifying to the 2026 class and is expected to make a final decision shortly after EYBL's Peach Jam this weekend. Sources tell Basket Under Review Ourigou is more likely to reclassify than not.

If he decides to join the Razorbacks this season, Ourigou will bolster a frontcourt that needs more productive depth behind Miikka Muurinen and Cooper Bowser. Ourigou could slide into a backup role with recently added Russian big man Ilia Frolov, giving Arkansas a solid group to pair with their excellent backcourt.
