Minnesota announced the return of Cade Tyson to the team while he seeks a fifth year of eligibility.

Tyson had a breakthrough senior season with the Gophers, averaging 19.6 points and 5.4 rebounds, while shooting 41% from three. The Gophers are looking to make their first NCAA Tournament since 2019.
