Every player named in the Ohio lawsuit is eligible again...for now (again).
Following the Ohio Governor's executive order, the Supreme Court of Ohio stayed the Court of Appeals' decision, making everyone named in the lawsuit eligible again. Those players include Filip Borovacinin (Xavier), Javon Bennett (Gonzaga), MJ Collins (Cincinnati), Kolby King (Auburn) and more.

It's a huge decision for the affected teams, especially Gonzaga, which needed to bolster its backcourt depth. As with all the other pending appeals and cases, none of this is permanent and can change again at any time.
The season tips off in 17 days.
