The Big Ten and SEC are taking matters into their own hands, with both leagues enforcing new rules banning any athletes who have signed professional contracts.

The Big Ten's initial statement only included football players, but the league is expected to expand the guidelines to men's and women's basketball as well.

The SEC covered all their bases with their statement.

Under the new guidelines, recent LSU commit RJ Luis is now technically ineligible (again). Other athletes who played in the Summer League but didn't sign an Exhibit 10 are still eligible if they were part of a successful state lawsuit.

According to DraftExpress' Jon Chepkevich, only one player officially signed an Exhibit 10 contract this summer - Houston's Milos Uzan. The rest of the players on this list are still able to play if ruled eligible.

Despite being ruled ineligible in both the Colorado and Ohio cases, Keyshawn Hall announced his commitment to St. John's. Ole Miss landed a commitment from FIU transfer Corey Stephenson, and Yale transfer Nick Townsend committed to Stanford.
