The Oklahoma Sooners are proving to be one of the late portal's biggest winners, adding another major piece on Tuesday.
Port(al)er Moser landed a commitment from Villanova transfer Duke Brennan, marking his second starter-level addition in the last week. Brennan averaged 12.4 points and 10.3 rebounds for the Wildcats last season and is widely considered one of the best rebounders in the country. Brennan joins SMU transfer BJ Edwards, who committed to the Sooners last week.
Elsewhere in the 5-in-5 landscape, a TRO with several football athletes was granted in Louisiana.
The NCAA's motion to stay the injunction in Tennessee was denied, meaning all the named plaintiffs in that case will likely be eligible for the season.
In the Ohio lawsuit, the Ohio Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on September 22.
On the commitment front, Parsa Fallah is returning to Oklahoma State and Kenyon Giles is returning to Wichita State. Ethan Potter is reportedly returning to Utah Tech.
Cornell guard Cooper Noard is reportedly signing with Samford. Georgia Tech transfer Lamar Washington committed to Boise State. Columbia transfer Kenny Noland committed to Michigan.
