Horizon Commissioner Julie Roe Lach recently announced she will be leaving the conference to accept a role as the next Executive Vice President with Pacers Sports & Entertainment.

This did not mean that Julie's passion for the Horizon League left, in fact it will be easy to see in this Exclusive Interview that it emboldened her further in many respects.

The Horizon League finds itself in a NCAA Tournament pickle. Headquartered right next to the NCAA in Indianapolis, the league is a stone's throw from the operation that controls so much of it's own future fate.

Julie and I are on the same page when it comes to NCAA Tournament expansion existing proposals, and she held back no punches about the Horizon League's stance on NOT expanding. This was truly refreshing to hear.
